Primary Duties & Responsibilities This position is responsible for following: 1. Financial reporting: * Preparation and distribution of financial statements, including Balance Sheets, Income Statement, and Cash Flow Statements. * Ensuring compliance with accounting principles, standards, regulations in all financial reporting and internal policies. 2. Budgeting and Forecasting: * Assist Finance Manager in forecast, budget 3. Internal controls: * Implement and maintain accounting policies and procedures, monitor internal controls * to ensure the accuracy of financial records. 4. Financial analysis: * Conduct financial analyses * Provide insights into financial performance through variance analysis and key performance indicators. 5. Process improvement: * Identify and implement process improvement to enhance efficiency and accuracy in * financial reporting and accounting processes. 6. ERP system management: * Evaluating accounting systems and recommending upgrades or changes to improve * Leading/Participating in the implementation of new ERP or systems. * efficiency and accuracy. 7. Risk managements: * Identify financial risks, proposing and implementing strategies to mitigate these risks. 8. Project: * Working with Production team/Engineering team/CI to validate the financial data to * ensure financial data accuracy. 9. Audit Preparation: * Coordinating with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits of financial statements and internal controls. * Addressing audit findings and implementing corrective actions as needed. 10. Tax compliance: * Ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations by preparing, verifying and filling accurate tax returns, monthly tax report if required. Education & Experience * 5+ years of related experience in manufacturing company. * 1+ year of managerial/leadership experience * Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or other equivalent specialisations Skills * Good command of MS Office, highly proficient in Microsoft Excel. * English skills at intermediate level. * Detailed oriented person able to work efficiently and accurately. * Familiar with Accounting system, have knowledge and experience of ERP system is preferred. * Experience with accounting software. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skill Working Conditions * Working in office, full time/ Manufacturing company. * Working under high pressure, independent thinking and active in working.
