OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Team Leader to join our dynamic team in the care sector. This pivotal role involves overseeing the delivery of high-quality care services in a Domiciliary care setting , ensuring that our clients receive the best possible support and assistance. The Senior Team Leader will be responsible for leading a team of care staff, implementing care plans, assisting with risk assessments, spot checks, and fostering a positive environment for both our clients and staff.

SKILLS

  • At least an NVQ level 3 and Proven experience in a supervisory role within a care home or senior care setting.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients, families, and colleagues.
  • Knowledge of developing and implementing care plans tailored to individual needs.
  • Proficiency in IT systems related to care management and documentation.
  • A valid driving licence is required
  • A compassionate approach towards elderly individuals, demonstrating patience and understanding in all interactions. This role is ideal for an individual who is passionate about providing exceptional care and has the leadership qualities necessary to guide a dedicated team in delivering outstanding service to our clients.

  • £28.50 Xmas and new years day (Double time)
