Responsibilities
  • Responsible for providing leadership, guidance and line management of the Cancer Care Team in collaboration with the Occupational Therapy Managers.
  • Provide clinical supervision, support and clinical expertise for the delivery of safe, timely and high-quality person-centred care for team who cover the acute haematology ward and the cancer therapy outpatient services. In addition, the Team Leader supports clinicians in providing services to the acute complex medical and oncology ward, palliative care ward and outpatient lymphoedema services that aligns with the department’s expectations.
  • Be involved in the planning, implementing, evaluating and reporting of services to support the day-to-day functioning of the department.
