About the role: Are you passionate about improving workplace safety and ensuring timely, fair regulatory responses? We are seeking a Senior Team Leader - Triage and Advisory Services to lead the triage and assessment of work health and safety (WHS) matters, including psychosocial risk and harm, providing expert advice and operational oversight. In this role, you will: Lead a specialist team delivering consistent, high quality triage, assessment, and verification activities aligned with SafeWork NSW’s national triage framework and legislation. Provide subject matter expertise and coaching to frontline staff to build capability and ensure consistent, fair decision-making. Monitor triage volumes, trends, and emerging issues to support regulatory intelligence and resource prioritisation. Ensure accurate data capture and compliance with privacy and governance obligations. Oversee the delivery of high level administrative and governance support for key operational functions for SafeWork NSW ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and contributing to enhanced regulatory intelligence and operational effectiveness. Enable effective resolution of outcomes and strengthen the organisation’s regulatory response, including psychological risk and harm.
