Key Responsibilities: * Manage day-to-day operations of the assigned RCM process (AR / PP / EVBV / Authorization / Billing / CBR) * Lead a team of analysts/executives and ensure adherence to productivity and quality metrics * Monitor key performance indicators such as TAT, accuracy, denial resolution, and collections * Ensure compliance with client guidelines, payer policies, and internal SOPs * Conduct regular team huddles, performance reviews, and coaching sessions * Analyze operational reports, identify process gaps, and implement corrective actions * Collaborate with Quality, Training, and Workforce teams to drive process improvements * Manage escalations from clients or internal stakeholders and ensure timely resolution * Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members * Prepare and present operational reports to leadership and clients Qualification: * Graduate from any discipline Required Skills: * 9+ years of experience in US Healthcare RCM operations * Minimum 3 years of experience in a team handling/leadership role * Strong knowledge of RCM processes (AR, Billing, Payment Posting, EVBV, Authorization, CBR) * Good understanding of payer guidelines and insurance workflows * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to manage team performance and productivity * Effective communication and stakeholder management skills * Proficiency in MS Excel, operational reporting, and dashboards
