Job Responsibilities The Senior Tech Compliance Analyst is responsible for leading and coordinating Technology Disaster Recovery efforts globally by working in conjunction with Application Delivery and Infrastructure Support teams, 3rd Party IT Service Providers and business counterparts to develop recovery strategies, and test recovery of IT assets. Coordinates all activities to manage risk and continuous improvement of Technology Disaster Recovery solutions, Crisis Management plans as well as support Business Continuity exercises and build company awareness. Key contributor in the management of service provider outcomes, interacts with multiple 3rd party service providers and cloud vendors to deliver optimal outcomes. Directs activities of 3rd party providers to ensure technology recovery standards are met and recovery plans are up to date and compliant with underlying quality and client commitments. Develops technology recovery plans by assessing threats and risks, business criticality and impact conduct testing and will coordinate emergency responses in the event of a disaster. Core Responsibilities Participates in the development of technology recovery strategies, impact assessments, recovery planning, process improvement and automation, and annual testing to support the Disaster Recovery (DR) program. Leads the development of best practices, effective processes and procedures for disaster recovery Leads the implementation of a central repository of disaster recovery information, artifacts, plans, test results, contact lists and other critical information required to manage an adverse event Manages relationships and coordinates activities with internal organizations and 3rd party providers and others to plan, exercises and executes disaster recovery procedures. Directs activities of 3rd party providers to ensure that regular updates are occurring to technology recovery standards and recovery procedures compliant with our underlying quality commitments Coordinates with internal and external teams to ensure all established timelines are met using established processes and procedures Establishes methods to monitor adherence to Service Level Agreements and ensure DR plans are in place and exercised regularly to support application management policies Take a leadership role as the Incident Manager in the management of emergency responses in the event of an actual disaster Provides input to Information Security policies, Privacy and internal control and for disaster recovery Partners with Senior IT leaders, Information Security, Internal Audit, Privacy, Business Continuity, Quality, Vendor management and others to ensure awareness and compliance of disaster recovery process Qualifications BS in Information Systems or equivalent 5+ years of equivalent experience Information Technology and technology life-cycle management experience Knowledge in IT Infrastructure support areas including but not limited to Storage, Database, Networks, Backups, Security and Operating Systems (WINTEL, Linux). Subject matter expertise in Disaster Recovery best practices, methodologies, trends, tools, and issue identification Capable of organizing, directing, and managing internal and external teams in establishing procedures and related activities that are significantly complex in scope Detail oriented with the ability to own and prioritize and manage multiple simultaneous projects Able to effectively collaborate and communicate across all levels of the organization, ability to influence Vendor Management skills and mindset IT Disaster Recovery and/or Crisis Management experience preferred Experience in recovery strategies for cloud (IaaS / PaaS) based as well as assessing SaaS applications Key Details: This role will work in the Hyderabad office two to three days a week starting in September 2026. Responsibilities
