Responsibilities

  • Engage with all products within the CMS team’s portfolio
  • Support the CMS product teams in technical design and DevOps processes and tools
  • Uphold coding standards including secure code and implement SDLC methodologies such as Agile
  • Assist the Solution Architect in constructing a feasible architecture with pragmatic business value in mind
  • Work together with the Solution Architect in planning and executing R&D initiatives and PoCs
  • Ensure that the solution architecture is comprehended and implemented by the CMS product teams
  • Collaborate with IT Manager and Solution Architect in conceptualizing the technology roadmap
  • Aid the IT Manager in planning and executing technology roadmap initiatives

Profile

  • Relevant professional experience as a seasoned and senior Tech Lead with experience in global digital platforms
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field
  • Deep understanding of IT Technical aspects, ability to review code and ensure adherence to best practice standards
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C# and .NET Framework
  • Expertise in SDL Tridion or Umbraco CMS
  • Experience in agile delivery methodologies and in managing work, code, tests, and builds within an agile framework using tools like Azure DevOps or Jira
  • Ability to operate in an international environment catering to diverse business needs
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to impart knowledge to existing IT staff
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
  • Willingness to travel 10-15% on average
