Your Responsibilities As a Senior Tech Lead, you contribute to a supportive, growth-oriented environment and take responsibility for the following areas: Requirements Analysis & Software Development: Understand, analyze, and translate business requirements into innovative software solutions. Design & Development: Design efficient, scalable, and high-quality software architectures that align with the company’s objectives. Collaboration: Work closely with Product Owners and Business Partners to clarify, refine, and enhance requirements while fostering an open culture of knowledge sharing within and across teams. Technical Expertise: Lead your team with your technical know-how and grow together with a diverse group of leaders.
