We’re seeking a seasoned 180 Tech Recruiter who thrives on delivery excellence, precision sourcing, and high-touch stakeholder engagement. You’ll play a pivotal role in executing targeted searches across Founding Engineer, AI/ML, and Software roles. Key Responsibilities Partner directly with US-based clients including startup founders, CTOs, and Heads of Engineering. Run full 180 delivery recruitment processes—from role intake to placement. Source, engage, and manage world-class engineering candidates across the US and globally. Provide strategic input to hiring processes, market mapping, and client updates. Maintain long-term relationships with candidates and contribute to our curated engineering talent pool. Leverage AI-powered tooling and sourcing techniques for precision delivery. Build a personal brand by sharing market insights and candidate stories. Qualifications and Experience Minimum 5 years’ experience in tech recruitment, ideally with exposure to AI/ML, software, or tech startup hiring. Proven success in a 180 role, with an understanding of 270 or 360 recruitment. Strong experience working with US candidates and hiring markets. Past experience in both remote and office-based roles, now thriving independently in a remote setup. Familiarity with modern tech stacks (e.g. Python, PyTorch, LangChain, AWS) is a plus. Prior account management experience is essential. Strong self-starter mentality—motivated, autonomous, and commercially driven. Must have a laptop, reliable internet connection, and a dedicated work environment.
