Description

The Talent Acquisition Partner will play a key and integral role in the organization’s innovation, transformation, and growth by delivering value-added external recruitment solutions. Acting as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert across all hiring levels, you will provide strategic guidance, market insight, and coaching to the business. By establishing and managing strong partnerships with hiring managers and key stakeholders, you will own and drive end-to-end external hiring activities, including recruitment processes, sourcing and hiring strategies, interview design and planning, candidate experience, selection, and offer negotiation. Contract Position Hybrid - 3-4 days per week across our Sunnyvale & San Jose Sites
