What You’ll Do Act as the primary liaison between in-house platforms and other internal/external teams to define and establish system connectivity requirements Analyze and document system communication methods (e.g., messaging protocols, file transfers, APIs, MQ, SFTP, etc.) Partner with technology teams to coordinate network connectivity, security permissions, and certificate management Oversee the testing, validation, and production rollout of new connections to ensure stability, accuracy, and performance Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity issues in collaboration with infrastructure, middleware, and application teams Maintain accurate and current documentation for integration setups, message formats, and interface specifications Support ongoing production maintenance and continuous improvement related to connectivity and integration points What You Bring 5+ years of experience in technical analysis, integration, or connectivity roles within Capital Markets or Financial Services, particularly working with market-data providers, ECNs, and trading platforms Strong understanding of system-to-system communication (e.g., messaging queues, file transfers, APIs, FIX, MQ, SFTP) Proven ability to coordinate across infrastructure, networking, and application teams to deliver robust connectivity solutions Familiarity with network protocols, firewall/security concepts, and user permission management Hands-on experience in testing, validating, and implementing data and message interfaces Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to bridge business, operations, and technology teams effectively Nice to Have Exposure to trading platforms and front-to-back trade flow processes in a Capital Markets environment Experience with middleware technologies such as IBM MQ, Solace, or Kafka, and API integration frameworks Legal & Hiring Information Exadel is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to inclusion across minority, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, and more Reasonable accommodations are available to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions Please note: this job description is not exhaustive.
