Responsibilities
  • Resolve escalated technical issues across client-server applications, including Microsoft SQL, web servers, payment terminals, network printers, and mobile devices, using customer-centric communication via phone, email, or chat.
  • Stay current with software updates and changes to deliver timely, accurate solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct performance and functional tests to diagnose and resolve installation, operation, maintenance, or compatibility concerns.
  • Identify trends and patterns in support cases to anticipate future issues and recommend strategic improvements.
  • Develop and refine processes for issue tracking, triage, and routing to appropriate teams.
  • Contribute to and utilize knowledge base articles and FAQs while mentoring team members to uphold high service standards.
  • Specialize in key software areas, including third-party integrations, and collaborate with peers to enhance support strategies.
