Senior Technical Architect / DevOps Engineer This is your mission Are you passionate about designing resilient technical architectures and ensuring production excellence through DevOps practices? Then this position is for you. As a Senior Technical Architect / DevOps Engineer, you act as a key technical leader and guarantor of Production throughout the project lifecycle. You integrate production, infrastructure, security, and scalability requirements into the design of technical solutions while supporting Agile teams from build to run. Build side: Define and validate end-to-end technical architectures with embedded production and security requirements Promote reusable and standardized solutions to improve delivery speed and reliability Integrate infrastructure, production, and DevOps requirements into project scoping and product backlogs Create and implement technical user stories (automation, industrialization, obsolescence management) Support and guide development teams to secure and accelerate delivery Anticipate risks related to architecture, security, compliance, performance, and scalability Ensure upskilling of teams on DevOps and application production best practices Run side: Act as a guarantor of Production and non-Production environments Facilitate provisioning and deployment of infrastructure and production resources Ensure usability and robustness of technical environments (backup/restore, performance, access) Implement and maintain monitoring, alerting, and supervision solutions Define service levels, KPIs, and production indicators Ensure availability of validated installation and operating documentation Ensure backup and disaster recovery / switchover plans exist and are tested Provide expert support during releases, incidents, and major production issues Identify operational bottlenecks (security, network, flows) and define action plans Ensure incidents are resolved within SLA This is your background Significant experience in technical architecture, DevOps, or production engineering roles Strong background in IT infrastructure and large-scale production environments Proven experience working in Agile and DevOps organizations Ability to operate in complex, transversal, and multi-stakeholder environments This is your expertise: Architecture, DevOps & Production tools Monitoring & observability: ElasticSearch, Grafana, Dynatrace DevOps toolchain: GitLab, Jenkins, Artifactory, SonarQube, Ansible, Mattermost Systems: Linux and Windows Containers & orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, OpenShift Strong understanding of security, resilience, and production constraints Methodologies Agile DevOps Languages English: Expert level French: Professional working proficiency This is how you work as part of a team: Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset Customer- and results-oriented Excellent collaboration and leadership skills Ability to inspire, influence, and engage technical and non-technical stakeholders Comfortable defining processes, KPIs, and architectural standards Natural mentor with a transversal vision This is our commitment At Consort Group, you are an expert who we support so that every assignment becomes a step that counts.
