Our strong customer references provide a solid foundation for your success. If you’re looking for a place where your skills can thrive and grow, you’ll feel right at home here!
We’re looking for a Senior Technical Architect to join our fantastic team. You will be responsible for driving the architecture, design, and successful delivery of Microsoft 365 and Azure‑based Modern Work and Security solutions, with emphasis on Defender, Purview, Sentinel, Intune, and Conditional Access. Additionally, you will champion AI and Microsoft Copilot adoption, integration, and value realisation across enterprise scenarios.

Responsibilities
  • Own end‑to‑end solution architecture and delivery for Microsoft 365 security workloads (Defender, Purview, Sentinel) and endpoint/identity controls (Intune, Conditional Access, Identity).
  • Lead technical discovery, design workshops, and implementation sprints across Azure and Microsoft 365 services.
  • Design and implement Copilot solutions (Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio) including scenario discovery, governance, security alignment, and user enablement.
  • Partner with stakeholders on CSP operations, MCI programme updates, and continuous posture improvement (Partner Security Score, increased security adoption such as YubiKeys).
  • Contribute to supply chain risk assessments and mitigation plans relevant to our customers.
  • Advise customers on Modern Work patterns (frontline workers) and Microsoft licensing optimisation.
  • Enable AI value: run Copilot business value workshops, develop adoption roadmaps, and ensure compliance with Responsible AI principles.
  • Produce high‑quality architecture docs, runbooks, and knowledge artefacts; contribute to pre‑sales and statements of work as needed.
