To strengthen our development team, we are looking for a Senior Technical Artist - 3D & Unity who can bridge the gap between art and development, support efficient asset workflows, and help bring high-quality 3D content into the game. Your role: As a Senior Technical Artist, you bridge 3D content creation and Unity implementation. You build and adapt 3D assets yourself and also own their setup in Unity, including prefabs, materials, and asset workflows for the project From our Cebu office, you collaborate closely with our Munich team, work side by side with another 3D Artist onsite, and help keep communication and workflows between both locations smooth This is not a purely technical or purely artistic role. You understand the needs of artists, know how to work hands-on in Unity, and communicate clearly with programmers, designers, and production This position is offered on a contractor basis and is planned for an initial project duration of approximately 1–2 years. Role Overview Your responsibilities will include: Model and texture characters, props, and environment assets in Blender for game-ready use. Create, prepare, and integrate 3D assets into Unity. Work on modelling and texturing tasks for characters, props, and game-ready assets. Support the team with asset creation workflows, import pipelines, and technical setup in Unity. Help troubleshoot visual or technical issues related to assets, materials, shaders, rigs, or implementation. Work with shader editors and material setups, without necessarily writing shaders from scratch. Collaborate closely with 3D artists, programmers, designers, and production in a remote setup. Give feedback on asset quality, performance, and implementation feasibility. Support rigging, skinning, and asset preparation where needed. Use AI-assisted workflows where they genuinely improve iteration speed, production quality, or communication. Help the team keep workflows efficient, understandable, and production-ready. We are looking for a team player who Who we’re looking for: Requirements: Your profile: Strong hands-on experience with Unity and at least one shipped Unity game. Solid to strong Blender skills; confident in Photoshop for production use. Generalist 3D skills in modelling and texturing (props, environments, characters). Experience with rigging and skinning for character assets. Understanding of game-ready asset creation workflows and production pipelines. Good understanding of shaders, materials, and shader editors. Ability to work with both character and prop assets. Practical experience with AI-assisted workflows where they improve iteration speed or production quality. Very good written and spoken English for daily collaboration with the Munich team, including calls and asynchronous communication. Availability from around June 2026 or as soon as possible. The ideal candidate also has: Nice to have: Experience with Unity UI and Substance Painter. Familiarity with AI tools for textures (e.g. Leonardo) and basic audio setup in Unity. Experience improving art workflows or pipelines in game teams. Experience giving structured feedback on technical art workflows or asset quality.
