Our Building Control service is distinctive in that it operates within a fully competitive environment, meaning our ability to deliver an exceptional level of service and achieve positive outcomes for our customers is essential.
We are currently seeking a Senior Technical Assistant (career graded), a pivotal role in supporting the successful operation of our Building Control team. If you do not meet all the requirements of the role, we would consider applications on a career grade basis.
You’ll be responsible for the initial assessment, registration, and technical administration of all Building Control applications and notifications. This front-line role involves regular interaction with clients, colleagues, and the wider public, helping to ensure a smooth and professional service experience.
