The ideal candidate has to have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities and a passion for delivering high-quality support. What You Will Get To Do: Respond to Chorus related queries and incidents via ticketing systems, email, or phone Diagnose and troubleshoot application issues, escalating where necessary Collaborate with development and Build teams to resolve bugs and implement fixes Maintain documentation of known issues, resolutions, and support procedures Assist with software installations, updates, and configuration Monitor system performance and report anomalies Participate in validation of new releases or patches Ensure compliance with internal SLAs and support standards What You Will Bring: Proven experience in a software support or technical helpdesk role Familiarity with ticketing systems Basic understanding of software development lifecycle and ITIL principles Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills Good verbal and written communication Ability to work independently and as part of a team Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence #LI-SM1 #CA-SM We encourage applications from people of all backgrounds to enable us to bring diverse perspectives to our thinking and conversation.
