Job Description As a Senior Technical Business Analyst at Bilue, you will play a critical role in shaping complex digital solutions across mobile, cloud and enterprise systems. You’ll bring depth in technical analysis, strong stakeholder leadership, and the ability to translate ambiguity into clarity for both business and engineering teams. Your work will influence product direction, elevate delivery quality, and ensure our teams are set up for success from discovery through to release. Responsibilities Lead complex requirements discovery and analysis, working closely with senior stakeholders to define logical, scalable solutions that align with architectural direction and user needs. Shape and guide agile delivery, creating high quality user stories and acceptance criteria, driving backlog refinement, and mentoring other BAs where appropriate. Provide deep technical analysis across integrations, infrastructure, cloud services and mobile solutions, ensuring requirements support robust and sustainable system design. Collaborate with solution architects, technical leads and engineers to influence design decisions, clarify complex requirements, and proactively resolve issues before they impact delivery. Facilitate workshops and manage stakeholder engagement across business, product, design and engineering, ensuring clear alignment and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. Identify and drive process improvements across delivery workflows, documentation standards and BA practice maturity, contributing to uplift across the broader team. Produce clear and structured documentation, including requirements specs, data flows, process maps, user journeys and system interaction diagrams. Proactively identify risks, dependencies and constraints, shaping mitigation strategies to protect delivery timelines and solution quality. Qualifications About You Experience: At least 5 to 7 years as a Business Analyst, with significant experience across cloud, integration and mobile platforms. Ideally you’ve worked in fast paced consulting or agile delivery environments. Technical Depth: Strong understanding of system architecture, APIs, data flows, event driven patterns and integration processes. You’re comfortable partnering directly with developers, architects and technical leads. Agile Mastery: Proven experience shaping high quality user stories, managing complex backlogs and driving agile ceremonies. You know how to create structure and clarity in multidisciplinary teams. Stakeholder Leadership: Confident facilitator who can work with senior stakeholders, unblock ambiguity and drive alignment across business, design, product and engineering. Tools: Proficient with Jira, Confluence, Miro and other modern collaboration tools. Experience interpreting or contributing to UX artefacts in tools like Figma is a plus. Digital and Mobile Understanding: Solid grasp of UX principles, digital service design and best practice for mobile and web applications. Analytical Strength: Excellent problem solver with the ability to connect the dots across business, technical and operational domains. Adaptability: Comfortable working in dynamic environments, managing competing priorities and stepping into ambiguity with confidence. Education: A degree in Business, Computer Science or a related field is ideal. Relevant cloud or technical certifications are highly regarded.
