YOUR NEW ROLE

We’re looking for a driven and collaborative Senior Technical Business Analyst to support the technical analysis, planning and execution of our Project Symphony program - a major multi-year initiative at the heart of CSC’s transformation.
In this role, you’ll work closely with business stakeholders, vendors and the wider Technology group to deliver impactful solutions. You will ensure that the Business and Technology teams have a common understanding that enables the successful implementation of solutions that are fit for purpose, technically sound and have the customer at front of mind.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct technical analysis of CSC processes and systems to identify improvement opportunities
• Collaborate on solution design and problem-solving for business and technical challenges
• Lead or contribute to design discussions, resolving complex scenarios and ensuring effective outcomes
• Gather, analyse, document and manage business and technical requirements using appropriate elicitation and modelling techniques
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders, keeping them informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle
• Coordinate requirement walkthroughs, user acceptance testing and signoffs
• Develop and maintain key documentation including technical specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Support change management activities to enable the successful implementation of solutions
• Recommend and implement enhancements to business processes and system functionality
• Assist in test planning and execution to validate that solutions meet agreed requirements
• Help prioritise backlog items through structured documentation and reporting
