What You’ll Do Perform data mapping and transformation analysis across multiple upstream and downstream systems, including trading platforms, data repositories, and reporting systems Analyze and interpret field-level data for a wide range of asset classes (Equities, Fixed Income, FX, Commodities, Derivatives) Configure and maintain data mappings using in-house configuration tools, ensuring consistency, quality, and accuracy across environments Collaborate closely with business users, developers, and QA teams to support application enhancements and troubleshoot production issues What You Bring Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst or Data Analyst within a Capital Markets or Investment Banking environment Deep understanding of the trade life cycle and related operational processes across multiple asset classes Working knowledge of major trading platforms, market-data systems, and data repositories Experience configuring mapping logic using application-based configuration tools (no coding required) Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in fast-paced, production-critical environments Legal & Hiring Information Exadel is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to inclusion across minority, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, and more Reasonable accommodations are available to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions Please note: this job description is not exhaustive.
