As a Business Analyst, you’ll act as the vital link between business objectives and technical execution. You’ll gather and refine requirements, map workflows, and guide the delivery of API integrations between our SaaS CRM platform and third-party financial tools. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on development knowledge, strong business analysis skills, and experience in financial services.

• Work with stakeholders to gather, define, and document business and technical requirements
• Analyse current workflows and map future-state processes for CRM integration
• Translate business requirements into user stories, epics, and technical specs
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and third-party vendors to deliver seamless API integrations
• Support testing and UAT, ensuring functional and regulatory alignment
• Produce high-quality documentation including process diagrams, data mappings, and integration logic
