BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Requires MS degree with 15+ years of prior relevant experience or a Bachelor’s Degree and 20+ years of relevant work experience
  • Experience managing IT service delivery teams for US Government customers, either as a government employee or as a contractor

Responsibilities
  • Drive innovation and modernization across multiple domains, including cybersecurity, enterprise architecture, digital engineering, system engineering, and data science
  • As part of a creative, forward-thinking team, help shape technical solutions related to IT automation, AI/ML Cyber, Ubiquitous Technology, data intelligence, cyber resiliency, and other exquisite technologies and drive insertions of technology into projects/proposals
  • Leverage Technical expertise to help drive technology innovation into proposed solutions, R&D projects, and into customer mission space.
  • Communicate and collaborate with other SMEs across technical domains to drive differentiation and innovation into a capture
  • Work with the program teams, Business Area leadership, and CTO organization to identify technology and solution roadmaps to improve mission enterprise capabilities and broaden Leidos contributions in technical leadership resulting in increased contract growth and improved customer satisfaction
  • Partner with the Business Development team to support new business strategies, including the development of technical solutions, shaping activities, bid strategy, basis of estimates, white papers, industry relationships, and responses to RFIs and RFPs. Identify key discriminators, and craft winning themes that resonate with customer needs Provide access to senior customer decision-makers, partners, and stakeholders, while supporting the development and execution of strategic call plans
  • Strengthen existing programs with application of technology and/or innovation by working with peer Operations teams, Group CTOs, and other Leidos Groups, and by leveraging known technology and solutions on current programs and new business.
