The Role: We’re on the lookout for a Senior Technical Consultant who’s ready to bring their solid customer facing, interpersonal skills & technical competencies to the to the table. You'll help fulfil our clients’ integrations, feature development and other technical development requirements for our SaaS implementations & solutions across the region. Your days will involve: Attending & driving customer workshops or requirements gathering sessions, documenting requirements & creating technical specifications Developing custom features, integrations or configurations using .NET/C#/Azure Collaborating with our Software Development team on the above & maintaining code standards Testing your work thoroughly and documenting the results Collaborating with the Customer Success team on implementations projects and owning your delivery At times, competing Power Platform work (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) Keeping constant communication ongoing with stakeholders to ensure clients stay informed. You’ll thrive in this role if you: Have experience being client facing in a technical role previously, specifically with requirements gathering experience Have experience working in both Waterfall & Agile Methodologies Have in depth knowledge of the .NET Framework, .NET 6+, and at least one of the .NET languages (preferably C#) Have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Azure Have a thorough understanding of the software development life cycle Are known for your ability to learn quickly, hit the ground running and perform independently Demonstrate ownership and accountability for your work, being proactive, communicative and focused on time-based project delivery Bonus points if you: Have knowledge of the aged or disability care sector Have previous experience with AlayaCare, Procura, disability software or similar products We believe great work should be rewarded.
