BUSINESS & TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS ENGINEERING:

Analyzing business requirements, considering regulatory and security concerns, and translating them into actionable technical specifications.
Collaborating with business stakeholders (e.g., Customer Care Operations, Market teams) and engineering to design optimal technical solutions.
Ensuring alignment with Zalando’s tech landscape, guidelines, and security compliance.
Considering desirability, feasibility and viability of requested solutions.

ANALYTICAL & PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILLS:

Strong analytical skills to conduct process reviews, assess impact, and identify opportunities for improvement.

As a Tech Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving strategic improvements and technical solutions across Zalando. You will be a key member of a dynamic team focused on optimizing business performance through expert technical guidance and project leadership. You will be working on projects that have a large scale impact, supporting important initiatives which help improve Customer Services (processes, efficiency etc.) at scale. Supporting Global Projects which are of high strategic, business or for example compliance value for Zalando as a group.
