The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team. The Technical Consultant is a key resource for our Customer Success Organisation throughout the sales and implementation process. The Technical Consultant works closely with our Customer Success Managers, Onboarding Consultants and customers to provide technical assistance and consulting to ensure smooth onboarding of customers to the Learning and Hiring Solutions platforms. As a Technical Consultant, you will be a natural relationship builder with great communication, organisation and technical skills. Responsibilities Lead successful onboarding of customers to LinkedIn Talent Solutions (Hiring and Learning) supporting with integration, authentication and consulting efforts as needed Consult with a diverse portfolio of customers, spanning large, complex enterprises as well as medium‑scale organisations across multiple industries and segments Build trusted, strategic relationships with senior executives at customer organisations Understand technical integration and business requirements to develop and deliver presentations that explain our products and solutions to clients and prospects Provide prescriptive consulting on solutions and quickly resolve escalations when required Identify, evaluate and communicate customer trends and insights Support Sales and Customer Success Managers as the key technical resource to understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions Provide input to internal product teams on customer needs and industry trends for product enhancements Work alongside internal teams to manage roadblocks, investigate solutions and communicate with Customer, vendor or partner teams for effective resolution Document new technical issues, investigate solutions and communicate to the appropriate teams Consult customers on data compliance and security questions Qualifications Basic Qualifications 5+ years of experience implementing technical products and projects in a SaaS environment 5+ years of experience working with security protocols, enterprise user management systems and HR technologies Preferred Qualifications BA/BS Computer Science, Engineering or related degree Effective communication and presentation skills for both technical and business audiences Strong attention to detail Ability to prioritise and manage multiple customer projects at once Proven capabilities in stakeholder and project management Ability to identify technical errors and adjust in a testing environment Experience with Single Sign-On, Multi-factor Authentication, xAPI, SFTP, SCIM, REST APIs, SQL, Applicant Tracking Systems, Learning Management Systems, Human Capital Management Focus on system integrations, technical troubleshooting and delivering prescriptive solutions Experience with HCM integrations with applications (Workday/Oracle/SAP SuccessFactors) Experience using Version Control e.g. Git Commands Experience in a programming languages Experience understanding customer security requirements and answering customer infosec/AI compliance questions Suggested Skills Project Management Communication Collaboration Additional Information Global Data Privacy Notice for Job Candidates ​ Please follow this link to access the document that provides transparency around the way in which LinkedIn handles personal data of employees and job applicants: https://legal.linkedin.com/candidate-portal.
