SENIOR TECHNICAL ENGINEERING LEAD

We are looking for a Senior Technical Engineering Lead to manage and drive engineering projects from initiation to completion. This role will involve coordinating stakeholders, overseeing technical activities, solving production issues, and ensuring deliverables are met on time, within scope, and to quality standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in electronics or related manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of PCB design software and electronic test systems (ICT, functional test, boundary scan, etc.).
• Background in DFM, DOE, SPC, PFMEA, and first article process controls.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, and ISO environments.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Lead project planning, scheduling, tracking, and reporting.
• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to close action items.
• Provide technical guidance on PCB design, optimization, and testing methods.
• Support troubleshooting for yield, line-down, and customer issues.
• Manage vendor builds, outsourcing, and fixture/test development.
• Oversee and mentor team members, holding regular meetings and coaching sessions.
• Monitor budgets, timelines, and scope of work; report project health metrics.
• Ensure best practices in documentation, process validation, and continuous improvement.
