Location: Havelock Road
Contract : 1 Year Renewable Contract
Working Hours
7am to 7pm Mondays to Fridays (staggered: If report at 7am, end work at 5pm. If report at 9am, end work at 7pm)
7am to 1pm on Alternate Saturdays

Responsibilities:

Liaise with Authority and users.
Supervise a small team of site staff.
Submit proposals and make recommendation for approval for Addition & Alternation (A&A) works,
improvements or upgrading works or repair and replacement works to the building, M&E system and facilities.
Manage and certify works executed by term/or ad hoc contractors and to ensure that the MA team comply with
rules and regulations set up by the Client are also being complied with by other contractors engaged for carrying
of maintenance or ad-hoc works.
Able to appreciate financial and procurement processes so as to strike a balance between fulfilling contractual
requirements without compromising corporate governance.
Compile monthly summary reports for submission to the Customer.
Green Mark Manager Assess the Green Mark status/initiatives/improvements of the building and advise Safety
Manager on Green Mark Certification renewal
Conduct regular audits of M&E and systems
Supervise all the M&E works
Ensure that works are completed on time as per contract requirement
Requirement
Minimum 5 years (Degree) / 10 years (Diploma) of experience in the Facilities Maintenance industry (Degree/
Diploma in Facilities/ Building related Management from a recognized university with minimum of 5 years/10
years (for diploma) of relevant work experience in building management service) with Fire Safety Manager (FSM)
certification
Able to understand and have experience in managing technical aspects of Mechanical, Electrical, Building,
Cleaning, Horticulture and various Specialised Equipment for Facilities Management
Qualified Green Mark Manager cert
Team player with good communication skills
Good in MS office skills
Able to work on 5.5 days work week
