Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort. Job Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Monitor and track repair works to ensure they are completed within the timeframe and standards. Follow up on outstanding tasks and take corrective actions where necessary. 2. Coordinate with end users and assign repair tasks to the Task Force team based on priority, urgency, and manpower availability. Provide clear instructions and technical guidance to ensure proper execution of work. 3. Ensure high quality of work (review methods, processes and explore innovative methods). 4. Ensure team members carry out their duties efficiently and in compliance with WSH regulations, procedures and service standards. 5. Assist the team in carrying out minor repair works such as carpentry, plumbing (including clearing chokes), wall/floor repairs, door hardware replacement, painting, and other general building repair tasks where required. 6. Record completed works in FacilityBot to ensure proper documentation of repair activities for tracking purposes. 7. Monitor commonly used repair materials and tools to ensure sufficient stock is available for daily operations. Put up requisition request for materials/tools purchasing. 8. Conduct Parks inspections to identify minor defects/repairs and input into FacilityBot. 9. Plan work schedule for team’s weekend and PH standby duties. 10. Authorised overtime for tasks that require to be undertaken beyond normal operations hours. 11. Covering toilet inspection duty when assigned staff are on annual leave or medical leave. Job Requirements: ·Minimum Diploma or Nitec ·At least 3 years of relevant supervisory experience ·Proficient in written and spoken English ·Good knowledge on plumbing and carpentry ·Willing to work outdoors
