Description

Charisma Event Productions is an audio, visual, lighting event production company known for delivering high-quality productions for conferences, concerts, and public events. We thrive on creativity, cutting-edge technology, and seamless execution. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a reliable and organized live event audio visual technician who is passionate about the live event industry and wants to play a pivotal role in ensuring our events are executed flawlessly from the ground up.
This is a full-time, hands-on position based out of our American Fork, UT warehouse. You’ll be responsible for preparing, maintaining, transporting AV equipment, supporting show setups, working each event as a technician, and maintaining operational excellence behind the scenes. You will be a key player in the successful execution of every event we do.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience working in live events or AV warehouse/logistics preferred
  • Hands-on experience with AV gear (lighting, video, audio) a strong plus
  • Comfortable driving vans and box trucks (valid driver’s license required)
  • Familiarity with inventory systems and cloud-based tools (Lasso, Flex, G Suite, etc.)
  • Technical aptitude or interest in growing AV skills on-the-job

Responsibilities
  • Drive our company vehicles to and from events
  • Assist in the setup, operation, and strike of AV equipment onsite at large events
  • Lead the setup, operation, and strike of AV equipment for smaller events
  • Fill the roles of audio engineer, lighting engineer, video engineer, breakout room operator, etc. based on your skill level
  • Master our equipment and processes
  • Assist in leading our crews and ensuring high standards
