Responsibilities

This Senior Tech Lead role is part of the Customer & Engineering domain within Data Platforms. You will lead the delivery of inclusive and innovative technology solutions that support customer servicing, credit assessment, and product origination across both digital and colleague-facing channels.
In this role, you will lead the design of scalable ETL solutions using Informatica, ensuring efficient, high-quality data integration aligned with enterprise and compliance standards. You’ll provide technical leadership, resolve complex cross-functional issues, and guide the overall direction of ETL development.
You’ll also mentor team members at various career stages, fostering an inclusive, collaborative environment that supports diverse talent. By promoting best practices and continuously improving workflows, you’ll help drive technical excellence and team efficiency.
