We are seeking a Senior Technical M&E Designer to join our dynamic team in Winnersh, Wokingham. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your expertise in design software to create innovative solutions that align with our mission of delivering high-quality facilities for our clients. Your contributions will be vital in ensuring our projects meet the highest standards of excellence.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a M&E Designer or similar role within the construction industry.
  • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Strong understanding of M&E design principles and drafting techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of building codes and regulations is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with project teams to develop detailed technical M&E designs using Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Create and maintain accurate drawings and specifications for construction projects.
  • Facilitate client design meetings, presenting high-level drawings that are functional, safe and compliant with Building Regs.
  • Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and ensure compliance with design specifications.
  • Work closely with M&E engineers and architects to develop designs.
  • Provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle, from concept through completion.
  • Review project documentation for accuracy and completeness.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology related to facility design.
