Job Description Overview We are seeking a Senior Technical Manager to lead and oversee the technical delivery of large-scale luxury leisure and hospitality developments. The role requires a highly skilled professional with strong expertise in Architecture and Interior Design (ID), along with solid working knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) and Structural systems, ensuring seamless integration across disciplines. Your role Lead and manage all technical aspects of high-end hospitality and leisure developments (hotels, resorts, mixed-use complexes, etc.) Provide expert guidance in architecture and interior design coordination to ensure alignment with project vision and brand standards Oversee integration of MEP and structural systems within design and construction phases Review and approve architectural, ID, MEP, and structural drawings ensuring technical accuracy and constructability Drive design coordination meetings with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders Ensure design compliance with local codes, international standards, and luxury hospitality benchmarks Support project teams through all phases: concept design, detailed design, tendering, construction, and handover Identify risks and technical challenges and implement effective mitigation strategies Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards Act as the primary technical interface between developers, consultants, operators, and contractors Collaborate with hospitality operators to ensure compliance with brand standards and operational requirements Present technical solutions and progress updates to senior stakeholders Establish and enforce quality control procedures across all disciplines Monitor site progress and ensure adherence to approved designs and specifications Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards About you Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field Minimum 15+ years of experience in technical/project management Proven experience delivering large-scale luxury hospitality or leisure projects Strong track record working on complex, multi-disciplinary developments Deep expertise in Architecture and Interior Design is essential Strong working knowledge of MEP and Structural systems is essential Ability to review and coordinate across all disciplines effectively Excellent technical coordination and problem-solving skills Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities High attention to detail with a focus on quality and design excellence Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, high-value projects Rewards & benefits Explore the rewards and benefits that help you thrive – at every stage of your life and your career.
