Senior/ Principal Fluvial Geomorphologist  Our Primary Industries group has an exciting opportunity for a principal or senior level Geomorphologist to conduct geomorphic and flood risk assessments and provide design support. You will provide sound technical advice and project leadership within Primary Industries and the wider WSP business. At the principal level, you will mentor within the team and serve as a subject matter expert and technical reviewer across the business.  This role is focused on fluvial morphodynamics. Your technical proficiency in field and desktop work will drive delivery of natural resource solutions. Forming part of the Rural Water team, you’ll also have a significant focus on sustainable, working landscapes and rural catchments. You will have excellent GIS and communication skills as well as a solid foundation in numerical modelling, geoanalytics and/or hydraulic/geomorphic design.  About you: * Postgraduate qualification with specialization in Physical Geography, Geomorphology, Hydraulic Engineering, Engineering geology, Hydrology or related * 10+ (senior) or 15+ (principal) years' experience in applied geomorphic assessment and/or design * Proficiency in hydraulic and/or landscape evolution modelling software * Current, clean drivers license Imagine a better future for you and a better future for us all.
