YOUR EXPERIENCE

  • Experience: 5-7 years of experience as a Technical Marketing Engineer in the network/cybersecurity field or as a DevOps/Solution Architect, preferably for networking or data security products with focus on RUM, Observability, DEM, or APM is a plus.
  • Technical Proficiency: Automation experience with Java/Python, SASE/SSE expertise: SWG, CASB, DLP, FWaaS protocols, Threat Protection, Virtualization, Cloud Infrastructure knowledge: GCP, AWS, Azure
  • Agility: Ability to deliver high-quality work in an agile, fast-paced environment.
  • Networking Knowledge: Prior experience with networking; cloud security experience is an added advantage.
  • Track Record: Proven track record of creating products from concept to market success.
  • User Experience Focus: Strong focus on end-user experience and data visualization tools and technologies.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong presentation skills, and trade show experience. Capable of communicating at both business and technical levels with internal teams, customers, partners, and executives.
  • Customer Advocacy: Strong customer advocacy skills with experience in handling difficult customer situations.
  • Initiative: Fast learner with strong initiative and a sense of ownership, committed to getting things done.
  • Automation Expertise: Experience with automation tools, building dashboards, etc.
  • Documentation Skills: Experience in writing and editing technical documentation and operational procedures.
