Job Description
The Griffith School of Engineering and Built Environment (EBE) offers a broad range of engineering programs and has an active research culture which has helped foster strong links with high schools and community groups plus key industries on a local, national and global level
The School is currently looking to appoint an enthusiastic, team oriented, flexible, and highly organised person to the role of Senior Technical Officer.
The Senior Technical Officer provides technical and scientific support to students and staff in the setup and design of equipment and apparatus. This non-teaching role reports to the School Manager and will be required to direct, lead, and manage the School of Engineering and Built Environment’s daily technical operations at the Gold Coast campus. This involves managing technical services that support teaching and research in the areas of Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Industrial Design, Planning Architecture, and Construction Management.
