JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years of experience in commercial and technical order processing, sales support, or project administration
• Proven expertise with SAP (OTC, PLTP, FI) and understanding of technical/commercial order workflows.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Supply Chain Management. Advanced degrees are a plus.
• Fluency in English and German. ( French, Spanish or any other proficient language good to have)

• Lead the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process in SAP HANA (OTC, PLTP, FI) for technical, commercial and project-based orders.
• Manage the commercial execution of contracts, including payment terms, INCOTERMS, and compliance with export control.
• Coordinate closely with Sales, Project Management, Finance, Logistics, and Service during project execution.
• Handle external purchase orders, track delivery timelines, and ensure timely handover to customers.
• Ensure accurate invoicing, track outstanding payments, and monitor customer credit limits.
• Maintain project and revenue data, supporting smooth month-end closing and reporting.
• Communicate order and delivery status regularly to MEA management, escalating issues when needed.
• Participate in business reviews, manage warranty contracts, and oversee booking of free-of-cost materials in SAP.
