Job Description:
We are excited to offer a new strategic role for a Senior Technical Product Manager to lead and scale our Content Management engine. Content is at the heart of everything Shutterstock does and in this role you will be responsible for shaping and driving essential, innovative technical solutions to supply all our businesses and customers with the content, data and metadata they need both today and in the future.
As the owner of critical Content Engineering teams you will play a key part in shaping the future of content management and intelligence across our platforms, ensuring seamless experiences for internal consumers and maximizing the business impact of how we understand and manage our content.

Responsibilities:

• Lead product strategy for our Content Engineering teams.
• Create and execute a roadmap that enhances the content management experience and drives platform growth, focusing on intuitive internal tooling and revenue-driving data creation and management
• Use advanced data and machine learning to align content management with demand and distribution signals, optimizing for internal customers and businesses and their revenue and market needs.
• Collaborate closely with the Director of Content Operations and Director of Engineering to develop strategies for scaling all content management needs
• Build innovative solutions that enhance the value of content through machine learning and predictive analytics.
• Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams, including engineering, content services, and search, to drive impactful results.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in technical, data-driven product management, machine learning, and experience with building features for internal platforms.
• Proven track record in product growth strategies for digital platforms.
• Excellent communication and providing visibility on platform feature status and roadmaps for senior cross-functional stakeholders
• 5+ years of product management experience, with a strong emphasis on technical product management and data-driven platforms.
