Description

ABOUT STAY22

At Stay22, we’re revolutionizing how people convert online. Our AI-powered affiliate platform helps publishers, ticketing platforms, and content creators unlock new revenue streams while levelling up their audience’s user experience. At Stay22, our partners don’t just earn more, they deliver more. Join us and be part of something big that’s shaking up the affiliate world.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Phantom Squad is an enabling team focused on solving some of the most complex challenges at the browser and infrastructure level. Their work underpins Stay22’s ability to deliver high-performance, privacy-conscious, and scalable embedded experiences. From optimizing DOM injection and session persistence to advancing fingerprinting and iframe lifecycle management, Phantom enables product-facing teams to build with confidence and speed.
As a Senior Product Manager, you will shape and drive the strategy behind these low-level capabilities—turning technical potential into product-enabling power. A key focus area will be the evolution of Deep22, our initiative to build robust scraping pipelines and fallback data sources that improve affiliate data completeness, deeplinking accuracy, and partner integration performance. Your work will directly impact monetization opportunities, script reliability, and user experience across Stay22’s suite of products.
You’ll collaborate with expert engineers to explore the boundaries of browser behavior and work across teams to ensure these technical foundations serve real-world product needs at scale.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years as a Product Manager, ideally 3+ years in a Technical PM role (experience with technical infrastructure, developer tools, or browser-level technologies.)
  • Strong technical fluency—you can comfortably translate complex engineering concepts into product implications and vice versa.
  • Experience collaborating with deeply technical teams, especially in environments requiring cross-team enablement or shared service delivery.
  • Capability to react fast to shifting priorities to meet business needs.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use both quantitative and qualitative insights to drive decision-making.
  • Clear, concise communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Passion for problem-solving in ambiguous and evolving spaces—especially where innovation, performance, and privacy intersect.
Responsibilities
  • Perform Research, including user research, technology assessment and market analysis to identify new opportunities
  • Align and coordinate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize pain points to unlock new paths to partner success and monetization.
  • Partner with engineers to explore and define the future of fingerprinting, DOM injection, and browser behavior optimization, with an emphasis on privacy, scalability, and reliability.
  • Own Phantom’s technical strategy and roadmap, aligning it with cross-squad priorities and the company’s objectives and key stakeholders
  • Gather and synthesize user requirements from research and internal stakeholders (internal product teams, engineers, business teams, marketing, finance, etc.).
  • Define success metrics, own Phantom’s impact measurement, and communicate its value across Stay22.
  • Collaborate in Go-to-market activities with Product Marketing.
  • Keep pace with fast-changing browser and privacy standards and ensure our tech stack remains resilient and compliant.
