This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager, Voice AI in Poland, Netherlands, Ireland. This role offers the opportunity to lead the development and strategic direction of a cutting-edge Voice AI backend platform. You will own the end-to-end roadmap for speech-to-text, text-to-speech, LLM integrations, and real-time call control infrastructure, collaborating closely with engineering, product, and leadership teams. You will play a central role in defining metrics, feedback loops, and user experience improvements, while mentoring and influencing cross-functional teams. Accountabilities As Senior Technical Product Manager, you will: Own the end-to-end roadmap for the Voice AI backend platform. Scope, prioritize, and define features for STT, TTS, VAD, and LLM integrations. Define requirements for programmable voice primitives such as call control, media injection, and partial ASR. Partner with engineering to enhance latency, reliability, and multi-engine support. Establish metrics and feedback loops to track performance and user experience. Serve as a key liaison between product, engineering, and leadership teams to ensure alignment and delivery. Candidates should have: Strong expertise in programmable voice technologies: SIP, WebRTC, and call control APIs. Familiarity with AI pipelines, including STT, TTS, and LLM orchestration. Proven track record delivering backend or distributed systems products. Hands-on experience with APIs and technical specifications (Postman, cURL). Ability to make decisive, opinionated decisions and drive priorities in fast-moving environments. Required: experience with real-time voice systems (telephony, SIP/WebRTC) and shipping backend infrastructure products. High-impact role with ownership of a net-new Voice AI product.
