Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re seeking a technically minded Product Marketing Manager to lead the go-to-market product strategy and position our solution as the industry standard for enterprise industrial organisations. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role serves as a critical link between Product and Commercial teams, leveraging expertise to translate complex capabilities into clear, compelling value for industrial buyer personas.
You will own the product marketing strategy and initiatives, mastering the Protex platform, crafting compelling positioning, driving product adoption, and creating impactful enablement programs. This role also requires leveraging market insights to align with product strategy, ensuring Protex continues to be recognized as a leader in workplace safety innovation.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Refine and expand our existing buyer personas to create compelling positioning and messaging.
  • Partner with the Client Success and Solutions teams to develop and manage impactful client stories and case studies.
  • Be the voice of the customer, partnering with the Product team to develop and execute release strategies that drive adoption, maximize impact, and fuel expansion efforts.
  • Drive product enablement and training programs to equip Sales and Customer Success teams with a deep understanding of our solution’s technical capabilities and business value.
  • Create impactful technical and thought leadership content tailored to address the challenges of our target buyer personas at every stage of the pipeline.
  • Partner with the Product team to provide market and competitor insights that inform and shape product strategy.
  • Cultivate and manage a community of Protex users and influencers to foster a network of passionate brand advocates.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with market analysts to strategically position Protex favorably with senior decision-makers.
