JOB SKILLS/ QUALIFICATIONS:

• Highly motivated self-starter with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Good oral and written communication skills
• 10+ years of relevant industry work experience
• 6+ years’ Product Owner-centric work experience
• Experience creating and prioritizing backlogs with teams and stakeholders
• Experience visualizing product goals through roadmaps
• Knowledge of the full lifecycle of design, implementation and running of enterprise software
• solutions involving cross functional team collaboration
• Deep understanding of Product Owner function and Agile concepts
• Extensive knowledge of Agile Frameworks (Scrum/Kanban/FDD/XP, etc.)
• Experience and understanding of Kubernetes and Container technologies (e.g. Openshift, EKS, Docker, Helm charts)
• High level experience of modern design techniques including microservices and API first architectures.
• Experience working with or around JIRA and Atlassian tools is strongly preferred
• Security fundamentals experience with Container Platform and DevSecOps is a big plus

• Champion Agile concepts with internal teams and clients
• Ensure the correct user stories are always aligned to roadmap to stay ahead of project deadlines
