Description
Title: Senior Technical Professional Division: KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) provides holistic and value-added solutions across the entire asset life cycle. These include world-class licensed process technologies, differentiated advisory services, deep technical domain expertise, energy transition solutions, high-end design capabilities, and smart solutions to optimize planned and operating assets. Summary Section As part of the electrical engineering team you will be involved in the design of electrical systems for the oil and gas and/or power including renewable energies industries. This may be a conceptual study or front-end engineering design (FEED) or a design execution involving, the procurement of all equipment and detailed drawings for the construction and commissioning of an entire facility. Responsibilities: Read, understand and implement client specifications / local / international standards Prepare technical specifications and datasheets for electrical items with minimum supervision. Provide inputs to designers for preparing electrical layouts and check the work performed by designers Prepare load list, load calculations, cable sizing, earthing and lighting calculations including preparation of cable schedules and interconnection diagrams Understand and implement relevant HSE aspects while performing assigned tasks Qualifications including Required Education, Experience, & Skills: Ability to read and understand overall power distribution scheme and SLDs Good knowledge of electrical equipment like MV/LV Switchgears, transformers, UPS etc. Basic level of proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications specifically: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and Word Good written and oral communication skills Bachelor’s Degree (Full Time) in Electrical & Electronics Engineering 8 - 12 years of experience in Oil & Gas / industrial projects Preferred Qualifications Education, Experience, & Skills: Experience in working in multi-cultural environment Working experience in ETAP / SPEL Decarbonization – Energy Transition – Sustainability Belong.
