Job Description The Senior Technical Program Manager (Sr. TPM) will lead large-scale, multi-year programs within the Data and AI Platform, with significant cross-functional and executive visibility. This role requires a seasoned program leader (15+ years of experience) with a strong foundation in program governance, stakeholder management, Agile execution, and GenAI adoption to modernize delivery, governance, and decision-making. Key Responsibilities – Program Leadership & Execution Own end-to-end delivery of complex Data and AI Platform programs across multiple teams and workstreams. Lead program-level planning, execution, risk management, and dependency management at scale. Drive program-level Scrum-of-Scrums and execution cadence across Teams-of-Teams. Program Governance & OKR Management Lead QBR and QEP preparation and execution for Data and AI Platform programs. Own portfolio-level OKR tracking, quarterly check-ins, and executive reporting. Ensure strong alignment between OKRs, initiatives, epics, and feature delivery. Stakeholder & Executive Management Act as the single point of accountability across Product, Engineering, Finance, O&I, Cyber, and Business Management. Provide concise, data-driven executive communication, including risks, trade-offs, and decision points. Agile & GenAI Adoption Champion Agile and Scaled Agile adoption across the Data and AI Platform. Drive GenAI adoption for program insights, automated reporting, governance efficiency, and decision support. Technical Competencies The ideal candidate possesses systems design skills and a track record of creating robust, scalable services with a strong emphasis on quality and compliance. Brings a strong technical background and consistently identify and mitigate technical risks across the delivery lifecycle. This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager. ​ Qualifications Basic Qualifications: 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD Preferred Qualifications: 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD 15+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced degree. 8+ years of experience leading Agile teams as a Scrum Master. 3+ years of experience in delivering large and complex programs 6+ years of experience with Jira, Jira Align, or other Agile delivery tools. 6+ years of experience with Clarity PPM and vendor management tools (e.g., FieldGlass). Proven experience leading enterprise-scale Data, Analytics, or AI platform programs. Strong background in stakeholder management at Director, VP, and Executive levels. Experience driving GenAI adoption in program execution, reporting, or governance workflows.
