Position Overview As a key member of the IT Enterprise Services organization (ITES), the Sr. Program Manager is a strategic and operational leader responsible for overseeing key IT Operations, Security and Enterprise Service-related programs.  This role ensures the availability, performance, security, and scalability of all systems and applications, enabling business objectives and compliance requirements.   This program management role ensures a seamless transition while maintaining business continuity, security, and optimal performance. This role partners with technical and non-technical stakeholders to set strategy, manage delivery, and drive success across cross-functional teams.   Finally, this individual must be self-motivated, adaptable, and proactive in driving improvements across the organization. This role requires a forward-thinking approach to communication systems, ensuring the organization remains competitive and collaborative in a fast-paced, global environment.   Key Responsibilities * Direct Agile delivery of internal programs to migrate from DT’s existing MSP provider to DT’s Azure environment, including backlog management, sprint planning, iterative delivery, retrospectives, and adoption of continuous improvement practices. * Collaborate with development, engineering, business analysts, and product owners using Central Command (Unit4) and other ERP/financial management modules to plan and coordinate migration workstreams. * Facilitate seamless integration and migration of travel management back-office systems, such as expense management, reporting, and supplier/vendor data flows. * Oversee cross-functional Agile teams, ensuring alignment with technical, business, and travel operations stakeholders for on-time, compliant migrations. * Identify migration roadblocks/barriers and lead daily standups, Scrum of Scrums, and escalation processes to clear impediments. * Ensure processes and tools (Unit4, travel management platforms, Azure) are configured and adopted according to best practices, with appropriate training and documentation. * Track and report on Agile metrics/KPIs, migration milestone progress, and risk management issues to stakeholders at all levels. * Lead change management, communications, and stakeholder engagement throughout the enterprise, especially for business-critical travel operations.   Required Qualifications * Bachelor's degree + 5 years of experience managing complex technical infrastructure or cloud migration programs, preferably in enterprise environments. * Demonstrated experience leading large-scale migrations to Microsoft Azure or similar cloud platforms. * Proven ability to translate business requirements into actionable project plans and technical solutions. * Strong technical background in networking, cloud architecture, security, and enterprise IT operations. * Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills; experience working with executive sponsors and distributed teams. * Familiarity with Azure migration tools, methodologies, and security/compliance requirements. * Experience as a program manager or delivery lead in large-scale Agile transformation projects, including cloud migrations. * Hands-on expertise implementing and migrating ERP solutions, ideally with Unit4 Central Command or similar financial/enterprise platforms. * Direct involvement in travel management back-office environments, including expense, booking, auditing, and supplier/vendor integrations. * Advanced skills in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe), including backlog refinement, ceremonies, and metrics. * Proven leadership of distributed cross-functional Agile teams. * Azure Solutions Architect or equivalent cloud certification preferred. * PMP, CSM, or similar Agile project management certifications a plus.   Preferred Certifications * Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Azure Administrator Associate. * Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile/Scrum certifications. * ITIL Foundation or equivalent. * Implementing or enhancing travel management or expense reimbursement systems in an enterprise context. * Strong organizational change experience in regulated, security-sensitive environments. * Supplier/vendor data management and technical integrations across ERP, finance, and travel ecosystems.   CROSS TEAM COLLABORATION * Actively participate in ITES team meetings and contribute to strategic planning * Coordinate with other technical leads to ensure alignment across DT’s E2E Application Ecosystem Initiatives have a cohesive IT strategy * Collaborate on cross-functional projects that involve multiple ITES teams * Share knowledge and best practices with peers to promote continuous improvement * Contribute to the development of IT policies and standards that affect multiple teams   Additional Skills * Knowledge of E2E Application Ecosystem, financial and business processes relevant to Sales, Marketing, Service, Support & ERP systems, IT, MS Stack, Azure, ERP * Familiarity with customer facing cloud applications * Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environment * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Industry certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or cloud platform certifications. * Experience with data-intensive solutions, distributed systems, and highly available services. * Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities. * High emotional intelligence and the ability to drive organizational change through influence and collaboration.   About Direct Travel   Our growing company relies on excellence to deliver on our commitments to our customers.
