Role Summary We are seeking a customer-centric Senior Technical Program Manager (Sr. TPM) to lead the end-to-end delivery of complex, large-scale, customer-facing technical projects. You will act as the bridge between engineering, operations, and customer-facing teams (Sales, Customer Success, Solutions Architecture) to ensure technical initiatives are delivered with minimal customer disruption and maximum business value. You will work closely with major hyper-scalers and frontier model builders, leading end-to-end program delivery. This includes owning customer communications, driving technical and program implementation, ensuring adoption milestones are met, establishing feedback loops, all while managing complex technical dependencies across stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Customer-Aligned Program Management Manage joint executive communications and host executive project status meetings Create phased implementation rollout plans with scope, timeline, and milestones to reduce customer risk. Lead weekly syncs internally and externally to align on customer readiness, project milestones, program roadmaps and impact assessments Drive technical decisions that balance internal velocity with customer impact Technical Depth for Customer Conversations Understand system architecture, AI Factory, GPU performance and benchmark, and infrastructure constraints, enough to answer customer questions and validate impact assessments. Ensure technical solutions meet both customer and business needs Collaborate with engineering teams to align on architecture and implementation Cross-functional Leadership Orchestrate delivery across engineering, operations and customer-facing teams Lead regular cadence with leadership to align on project readiness, manage escalations and communication timelines. Drive technical decisions that balance internal velocity with customer impact. Skills & Experience 10+ years of Technical Program or Project Management experience, with at least 4 years leading large scale transformation programs with direct external customer exposure. Exceptional communication — you can draft a customer-facing advisory that is clear, empathetic, and technically accurate. Strong stakeholder management with Sales, Customer Success, and Operations leaders. Comfort operating in high-ambiguity environments where program structures often need to be created, not just followed Proven track record delivering customer-facing technical programs such as: Enterprise feature rollouts with customer-specific configurations Cloud migration programs for enterprise customers Large-scale GPU Infrastructure project Location & Reporting Based in Los Angeles or San Francisco, CA, US Reports directly to CTO
