Responsibilities
  • Lead the application harmonization program, managing planning, execution, risk, and delivery while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Work closely with business and tech leaders to understand needs, uncover redundancies, and develop effective consolidation strategies.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of existing applications to identify overlaps, gaps, and opportunities for consolidation or improvement.
  • Develop and drive the delivery of a scalable, cost-effective tech roadmap in collaboration with domain owners, using evaluation options to guide decisions.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and partners to ensure integration aligns with standards and best practices; manage vendor invoicing processes weekly.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvements to the application landscape, enhancing efficiency, effectiveness, and user adoption.
  • Track and report progress, manage change through communication and training, and build strong stakeholder relationships while staying adaptable and results-driven.
