We are seeking a self-motivated Senior Technical Program Manager in our Identity and Access Management space , who is obsessed with delivering value, is forward-thinking, and excited to see the successful implementation of the products delivered. The purpose of this role is to contribute operationally to achieve the business and IT objectives by delivering program management services across a variety of projects. The Program Manager ensures that all projects are delivered on time, to budget and to the required quality standard.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with project sponsors, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, and timing for new initiatives
- Manage program and project teams for optimal return on investment, and coordinate and delegate cross-project, cross department initiatives
- Be responsible for ensuring collaboration and accountability amongst our cross-functional delivery teams.
- Lead overall plan and communication management, manage interdependencies within initiatives and teams, partner with cross-functional experts, and communicate progress to partners across departmental teams
- Identify key requirements for cross-functional teams and external vendors
- Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department
- Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for managers and collaborators
- Facilitate and enable clear, succinct communication between cross-functional /cross – departmental partners including initiative health documentation
What we are looking for :
- Proven background and experience in IT program management with minimum 10 years of working experience
- Experience managing and launching large-scale technology projects and proven ability to deliver upfront and ongoing planning documentation, bring together teams and build relationships, and partnering with collaborators at various levels.
- Worked within similar environments of major high value, critical projects.
- Proven background in delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Experience creating and driving processes, articulating delivery needs, and clearing communicating next actions with all levels of partners
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects efficiently.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in identity and access management space is a plus
