Defines and communicates the product strategy including the overarching scope, prioritized requirements, business goals, and outcomes to be delivered Leads defining and driving the vision of an integrated system that supports end-to-end service delivery for multiple stakeholders Analyzes multiple technical solutions and determines the best option for delivering on the objective key results of the business Uses experience to identify and resolve platform, system, deployment, and environmental issues prior to production to ensure on-time release and successful customer adoption Monitors and evaluates results to ensure outcomes are met successfully; reports clearly, concisely, and consistently with stakeholders on progress and as well as problems and solutions all the way up to the executive level Implements and manages risk when necessary to meet project objectives and key results Triages problems and prioritizes resolution effectively against the backlog of items with engineering Provides leadership within the business by developing innovative methods for measuring the customer experience, and uses this data to identify and drive improvements Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development 2+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects. 3+ years' experience working in environments that use cloud technologies. 3+ years' building solutions with software to support operations of the business. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience. 6+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects. 1+ year(s) of experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos). 1+ years experience in data center operations (IT or Critical Environments) Certification or equivalent experience applying Lean, Six Sigma, PMI, PMP, or other process improvement and project management methodologies. Experience with other applicable frameworks also a plus. Ability to facilitate change management. Awareness of IT Service Operations fundamentals (ITIL, MOF, OLA/SLA, CSI, etc.) an added benefit. Experience with reporting and data analysis systems & platforms (e.g. PowerBI). Experience with developing and implementing organizational frameworks, standards, and processes. Excellent communicator that can interact with diverse groups across organizational levels.
