Are you passionate about solving challenging problems in the generative AI space such as long form text generation or dealing with complex formatting with LLMs? We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to join Microsoft Word PM team with a growth mindset, high integrity, and effective collaboration skills. Successful candidates will have technical program management experience in: * Working with applied scientists on generative AI and/or NLP * Leading complex or large-scale projects with cross-functional and geo-distributed teams * Setting program strategy, roadmaps, delivery time and method * Managing delivery, execution, and release processes * Solving technical and architectural challenges, key dependencies and requirements * Collaborating with stakeholders across organizations and roles * Driving RoB and reporting process * Diving deep into products to understand and address issues and deliver outcomes Microsoft’s mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more.
