We are seeking a highly skilled IT Program Manager with deep expertise in infrastructure programs. The ideal candidate will be part of the PMO team, leading complex initiatives while working closely with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and cross-functional teams. This role is critical in ensuring technical programs are delivered successfully—on time, within scope, and on budget. Experience driving projects within SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) environments and leading Infrastructure as Code (IaC) initiatives will set you apart in this role.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 8+ years of IT program/project management experience, with a strong focus on infrastructure.
• Proven vendor management expertise: RFPs, SOWs, performance oversight, and issue resolution.
• Demonstrated experience with SAFe/Scaled Agile methodologies for managing enterprise-level programs.
• Exposure to Infrastructure as Code (IaC) initiatives (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible) and driving automation-focused infrastructure projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft Project) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, SAFe).
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification highly desirable.
• Industry experience in large-scale enterprise environments preferred.

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Glen Ellyn, IL 6013

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans for infrastructure upgrades, integrations, and implementations, including scope, timeline, resources, and risk strategies.
• Drive project execution to meet key milestones and deliverables.
• Partner with technical teams to design and deliver solutions that align with business requirements, IT standards, and IaC best practices.
• Provide project updates and insights to executive leadership, including C-Suite stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary liaison between IT, business units, and vendor partners to maintain alignment on objectives, timelines, and outcomes.
• Lead vendor management efforts, including RFP creation, SOW development, and contract negotiation.
• Oversee project tracking, reporting, and documentation to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Guide change management initiatives to support adoption of new systems, processes, and agile practices.
