Description

Our client is a global enterprise leader, recognized among the largest organizations worldwide. They are undergoing a significant digital transformation, with senior leadership placing a strong emphasis on advancing technology initiatives. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity that offers a hybrid work schedule, requiring comfort with both onsite and remote collaboration.
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Program Manager with deep expertise in infrastructure programs. The ideal candidate will be part of the PMO team, leading complex initiatives while working closely with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and cross-functional teams. This role is critical in ensuring technical programs are delivered successfully—on time, within scope, and on budget. Experience driving projects within SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) environments and leading Infrastructure as Code (IaC) initiatives will set you apart in this role.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 8+ years of IT program/project management experience, with a strong focus on infrastructure.
  • Proven vendor management expertise: RFPs, SOWs, performance oversight, and issue resolution.
  • Demonstrated experience with SAFe/Scaled Agile methodologies for managing enterprise-level programs.
  • Exposure to Infrastructure as Code (IaC) initiatives (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible) and driving automation-focused infrastructure projects.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft Project) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, SAFe).
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification highly desirable.
  • Industry experience in large-scale enterprise environments preferred.

Responsibilities
